This was ment as a first generation mech regarding recovered tech! My friend had the picture of the Rifleman in mind while constructing that and tryed to correct its greatest flaws.
He had great success with the BTH engaging enemies at 10 - hexes. He put it in the open field only under cover from his LRM-boats and if there were some woods!
