The first is your ML placement. Spread them out a bit more. If you loose your left torso, you loose all of your short range punch except for the hatchet. I think the ammo is fine. more AC/20 ammo isn't needed as there is a hatchet to aid in close in damage. I am tempted to go the other way and increase LRM ammo to increase closability. The placement of the lasers just happened. Think of it as a medium laser gatling gun.
