Built to meet the call for a heavy mech packs a punch and is one that the Federated Suns can say is their own, Bodie Industries answered that call with Ounce. Rumor has it that plans for this mech came from the databases of the Smoke Jaguars, but so far Bodie Industries as denied that each and ever time it has come up.
Pack a RAC 5 and other close in weapons this mech is one that can get in and mix it up and come out alive. Though it has only average speed for it's size the lack of any kind of special engine means it has better chance of making through a battle baring an ammo critical.

It is definately different... though I wonder how well it would stand up to another heavy.
4-6-4 and all short range weapons will tend to mean you take a decent amount of damage on way in.. Once you get in there though, it should be interesting.

The mech is more a hunter killer style, it let's the bigger mechs wound or really hurt the enemy and it moves into try and kill them off...or that is idea anyways.
