Raven stands in the circle tapping his foot, and deciding to ignore certain loud mouth individuals. Suddenly he gets bored. "I'm bored! Lt. get me my Battle Suit!" A young lady gestures to a LAV which moves forward. Raven gets up and straps on his suit. Before securing his helmet he nods to his soldiers, "Ok get suited up. We're going to go blow some stuff up."
A cheer goes up from the soldiers. They all rush around getting ready for combat. A number race for BattleMechs that were hidden under camo nets in back lots near Mordel's. Once they are ready Raven leads the march down the road looking for a target.
"Now, what to blow up... what to blow up..." Raven scans maps of the cities and sattilite images, looking for a target. Any target.
"Sir. Cappellen forces have noticed our march out of the city and are... ammazingly enough... moving to intercept us. Saying they are going to get revenge for our interference in the Chaos March and yada yada yada." Raven grins. Something to blow up just appeared!
"All units! FIRE AT WILL!" Raven raised his rifle and ran forward with his bodyguards, their power suits boosting their normal speed. Missiles and autocannon fire ripped through the air, tearing into the CCAF units, mostly geared for arena fighting, were hit hard in the inital volley, but not enough to knock anyone down. The return volley was pathetic in comparison, with very little long range weaponry able to reach out towards them. Raven slid down to his knees on the pavement and raised his rifle, readying it to fire from his crouched position.
As shell after shell left his gun the fight was fully engaged, and soon, was over. Raven's forces had decimated the CCAF units. Raven walked over to the last surviving mechwarrior, who still was firing from a semiprone position, his units gyroscope pouring out of his unit. With a mocking salute he put down a satchel charge near the engine and blew it.
The BattleMech shut down. The Warrior inside drew his pistol. Raven raised his rifle, the man fired, and the bullet plinked off the armored shell of the battle armor. Raven's rifle let out a long report and the man died. "OK people! Lets move out. There should be no more interference from past enemies until we link up with Russian forces. Lets do it!"
