According to the fluff, should its role as a hit + run raider be unneccessary, the thing is near useless. Here's a way to solve that problem (and the fact that the thing is .75 tons overweight.):
Remove:
1 * Machine Gun
1 * .5 tons MG ammo
2 * SRM 4 OS
Add:
2 * SRM 4
1 * 1 ton SRM 4 ammo
.25 tons armor
New Armor Factor: 67
21 front, 17 each side, 12 rear.
