Does anyone know of any planets in the BTech universe that produce water based vessels? I do not have my TRO:3026 with me, and I keep forgeting to check it.
All I am looking for is the name of the factory, the name of the planet, and (if possible) the name of the planet's defense force.
I need these things to finish off the fluff that I thought of for the design.

Not a planet specifically, but a company. There`s a naval vessel called the Monitor, weighing in at 75 tons. The funny thing is that it`s a kit-built ship. A company by the name of Nav Hull sells a kit containing armor, communications gear and a navalized Demolisher turret. The buyer then mounts these on a standard hull with an IC engine, thus building a Monitor. The hardware is mostly "unknown", so pick your own.

Fluff for the Person Scout & Strike Sub. (Please note that I am not sure what planet the shipyards are on, so I am just going to come up with something)
Fluff: In latter part of the 3030's, the Galtor Naval Yards located on Robinson was contracted by the planet's defense force to create a small sumbmersible vessel for scouting the planet's oceans and protecting any underwater facilities. The defense force also requested that the sub be rather inexpensive. Galtor Naval Yards came back with the Personal Scout & Stike Sub, or PS3 fro short. The orginal version of the sub mounted an SRM 2 designed for torpedoes. The Robinson Defense Force was very pleased with the design and immediately ordered eight of the vehicles.
Word spread quickly to other planets in the Federated Commonwealth about the design, and soon Galtor Naval Yards was swamped with orders from various water rich planets. Many of the planetary defense units disliked the need for ammo, which was expensive. They wished that there was a way to mount a laser on the sub without losing so much range and power in the water. But since there was none, they dealt with the ammo situsation as it came, and were even able to cut deals with the Naval Yards for cheaper ammo.
Then came the clan invasion. The PS3 was put into storage by many planets, since the clans generally did not attack underwater. There were a few times that they did, and they managed to destroy the subs quickly with their advanced weapons. At that point Galtor Naval Yards nearly shut down from the drop in income. It was only through the intervention of Hanse Davion that they Yards stayed alive. He loaned the company money to stay in business. In return, the Yards would have to send out more of the sub to any worlds that would need them. The Yards continued work on the design until the destruction of Clan Smoke Jaguar.
After the Smoke Jaguars had been defeated, there was an abundance of new weaponry on the market. The one that interested Galtor Naval Yards the most was the Extended Range Medium Laser. With this laser, they were finally able to give a limited number of their consumers a laser based design, without the loss in range. The cost of this design stopped it from being a strong-seller like the original, but was still sought after by some planets.
