LOL wow. My other bane is the Battlemaster (a personal favorite) Nothing like having a point of infantry take out your gyro with a 1 point shot to you back. JUST WRONG!
But I have to agree I do think most of the 3055 stuff is just garbage, Only about 4 or so I really like for the looks (Maruder 2c, Behemoth, Wraith, and the Hollander event though its to limited for use)
To have played against me is the Grasshopper. I truly HATE this mech it has torn me to shreds time and time again, and in order for me to win I have to sacrafice a mech or 2 chasing that thing alover the place with all of my forces.

I usually dont like to play Mechs whith ammo in torso locations !
Too often this ammo blows up befoe you can use it against the enemy 
|

What 'Mechs do you play with as the vast majority have ammo in the torso locations?

But that i dont like BattleMech with ammunition doest mean that i dont play them.
I usually steer any BattleMech which my commander gives me

Original Banshee. Ugly as sin, under-armed for its tonnage/overweight for its guns. Now the 3/5 mod of it was a decent assault mech.

i must vehemently defend the blitzkrieg
though it's crappy alone, in a group, it is lethal.
you just make it go last and everbody quakes.
it is an awesome pusher mech.
also, imagine the havoc you could wreak with a lance
for me, i don't like the wasp with small lasers.
light mechs are meant to be speed demons, not close and engage brawlers...
