Oh so close to being a chef's kiss.
It really needs CASE. No mech with ammo post 3050 should be without.
While i'd prefer Endosteel instead of Ferro, you should consider Heavy FF, adding CASE, and an extra 0.5 t armor.

you used light ferro-fibrous. heavy FF is just the even bulkier cousin.
