Here's the guidelines:
Twelve 'mechs for a Free Worlds League regular company. No weight or cost limitations. All technology is level one. The mix of battlemechs should be something fairly typical of the FWL in 3025.
The company must be able to fulfill the following roles independent of battalion or regimental level support:
reconnaissance/pursuit
fire support
heavy combat
Obviously not all 'mechs in the company will be able to fill all of these roles. Imagine you're designing a company that will be responsible for garrisoning a continent sized area on its own.

I just used RUS to roll these up, here ya go. I actually like this one - it isn't perfect at anything but can do almost everything from infantry slaughter to fire support.

To be fair though, he is called nightmare, not pleasant dream for a reason 
But no, i see what you mean, i saw that and thought 'ouch!'. I will have to see what the Wan-man (god thats an aweful name!  ) can come up with.
P.S, do the FWL use Spiders? I cant remember who has them for the life of me, i love me spiders!

--BLR1G Battlemaster - The FWLM didn't have many assaults in 3025, but if this is a company defending a continent, they might have one. The Battlemaster is fast enough to not get left behind compared to the other Marik assaults, the Stalker and the Awesome.
--Marauder3M - The Marik marauder has a lot of character even if it is not the best varient.
--ARC2R Archer – Fire support has always been important in the FWLM
--ONIK Orion – Just doesn’t seem like Marik without one

I'm surprised nobody has pulled out the Mercury yet...not the 20 ton Star League 'mech, but the 40 ton Hermes II variant.

| I don't know about the RUS, sometimes the tables seem off. The Marik Medium table has hardly any WVR6Ms, and no WVR6Rs at all, and the Wolverine is usually considered one of Marik's most used mechs...
