==Overview:==

This doesn't seem to be much different than an O-Bakemono (80 tons w/XL; 4-6-0; 2 ARROW IV; 2ML; SL)..and I think an O-Bakemono costs under 20M c-bills.

All BTech Arty od last time I checked. BTW, Karagin, the fluff for the O-Bakemono stated that it used technology that was as close to modular as could be had right before the invention of the IS omnis. Anyhow, I'd suggest a varient that made use of LRM 15s as a non-arty FS model. (and the multiple warheads keep in line with the designator "Flail"- in fact, why not just make all the varients missiel boats?)

Well, that was a logical idea considering the tonanges and the name. But, I do seem to have a limited ability to tell the future (I once had a dream concerning a BTech cartoon about 1 year or so before it actually happened.)

I did try for 4 LRM20s, but that only worked with Endosteel on it...but I couldn't do it since the base mech didn't have endo...so I used that idea for another mech...
