what? are you reading the same one i am? i built it, and unless you shuffle around endo-steel theres 0 space. if you added 6 ml instead of 3 mpl you'd be over 3 crits.

Actually I forget to account for that single DHS on the RT. And you cannot free up more crit by shuttling around Endo crits (WTF?), you has to lose something to free up crits.
