Overview:
    Designed to hit fast and hard at a decent range, the Pilum is one of the first native
    designs of the Marian Hegemony. It?s sturdy frame is relatively low maintenance (has the
    Rugged (1) quirk), and it?s legs and fists have been heavily reinforced for close-quarters
    combat (has the Battlefists and Reinforced Legs quirks). The extra reinforcement has made
    the cockpit somewhat cumbersome for many pilots (Cramped Cockpit quirk), so smaller pilots
    tend to be assigned to these ?Mechs.
