Wanted to see if I could make the Scorpion light tank a bit more competitive, but still pretty cheap. Came up with this, which I think I got right:

Scorpion Light Tank (Fuel Cell)
Mass: 25 tons
Internal Structure: 2.5 tons
Engine: 125 Fuel Cell - 5 tons
     Cruise MP: 5
     Flank MP:   8
Heat Sinks: 1 - 0 tons
Control Equipment: 1.5 tons
Turret: 1 ton
Armor Factor: 72 - 4.5 tons
     Front:      16
     R/L Side: 15/15
     Rear:       10
     Turret:      16
Weapons and Ammo:
     LAC/5 - Turret - 5 tons
     Ammo(LAC)20 - Body - 1 ton
     SRM-4 - Turret - 2 tons
     Ammo(SRM)25 - Body - 1 ton
     Machine Gun - Turret - 0.5 tons
     Machine Gun - Front - 0.5 tons
     Ammo(MG)100 - Body - 0.5 tons
