Fire calulations.
The group I was with. did theirs so diffrent from what I learnd. it made me wonder. How do you do it?
Here is my formula on my fire control sheet
Move: how many hexs you moved
Target: who you are fring at.
Weapons: What you are firing at them.
Base: Range of the weapon to target
your mod: Modes for you pilot
Target mod: Mod of the target
Terran mod: woods.water.
To hit mod: Any extra mods. IE. pulses. TC.
And the results is what I need to roll.

I just call out a number and roll, if it looks high enough and my opponent buys it, i quickly roll for locations as I don't allow takebacks. And oh yeah, if they challenge my initial number I make them count it out. Kind of like when I play tournament cribbage; force your opponent to do all the math while you're concentrating on tactics.
