Now to get everyone else setup.

I am using a modified MW3/AToW creation system.

Step 4: Mech Training

All players are to send me there 4 choices via PM and then I will work with each to finalize their character.


Skill Description: [AToW skill(s)]

Player Skills:
    Pilot/Mech [Piloting; Subskill - Mech]: Makes the Mech dance.
    Gun/Mech [Gunnery; Subskill - Mech]: When you need to reach out and touch someone.
    Artillery [Artillery]: Used instead of Gunnery when you need to reach out and touch someone Maps away. Unsure if its used in spotting.
    Tactics [Tactics; Subskill - All]: Modifies your individual initiative in combat.


CO/LCO Skills:
    Administration [Administration]: The ability to do all that paperwork and track all the information.
    Strategy [Strategy]: The ability to plan and maneuver on the larger picture.
    Negotiation [Negotiation]: Used mainly for contracts.
    Leadership [Leadership]: The CO/LCOs universal init bonus for battles.
    Scrounge [Streetwise / Investigation]: Depending on situation can be used instead of administration, negotiation, streetwise, or investigation.


Support Skills:
Mainly used by NPCs and the occasional PC behind the scene.
    Administration [Administration]: The ability to do all that paperwork and track all the information.

    As MekHQ has not yet caught up with the new standards and at times uses old standards, the Tech skills are lumped by unit type and not by technology type [Technician; Subskill - All].
    Tech/Mech: Repair Mechs.
    Tech/Mechanic: Repair vehicles and VTOL.
    Tech/Aero: Repair Aero and Aircraft.
    Tech/BA: Repair BA and PAL.
    Tech/Vessel: Repair dropship, jumpship, and warships.
    Astech: This skill means that you have enough training to be a tech assistant. All players with even 0 levels of Tech can be an Astech.

    Doctor [Surgery; Subskill - General]:
    You can heal people and do surgery.
    MedTech [Medtech; Subskill - General]: Mainly used to see if you can assist a Doctor.

Can we also send in two sets of character choice?

I often play from two or three different factions... an am still registered as on of the clan players here.

eh? have you been reading the topics? this is a light-rp ongoing mercenary campaign. You'll be 1 faction.... merc.
