I've searched my BT-material quite a time now:
Units often are marked as of "green" or "veteran" experience. I found rules about infantry experience effecting morale checks.
But i didn't find much more about it despite remembering a table that correlates MechWarrior skills to experience levels (but not finding it).
Are there rules for how to reach the experience levels?
Does the experience level of infantry effect to hit rolls too?
Maybe somebody can point me to this as i seem to be too blind to find it

But i think that means there are no further rules for this
