Canadians must be good Davions! Both St. Albert and Edmonton (That's where I live) were Davion victories!
Unfortunately, I was away for the weekend, (work related field trip), and was unable to play.

YYYYYEEEEEEHHHHAAAAAAWWWWW!!!!!!!
I found out what it was, but too late to edit. All the html has to be on one line. The BBS software inserts an automatic line break at each Return keystroke. If I put in 54 lines of code, there are 54 line breaks. It goes at the front for an unexplained reason, but if I edited out so that evertything was 1 or 2 big lines.........
Thanks to the HMP crew for knowing their stuff. Rick in particular.

Just remember, winning the battle doesn't win you the war.

Do leg actuator hits affect the chance of being hit by a charge? (target has no hip)
YES! Remember, a Charge is modified by the difference between the two players Piloting Skills. And your piloting skill is affected by your actuators being hit (among other things). Therefore, if the two pilots were equal, and then you got a hip actuator critical. It would be 2 easier for me to charge you, or DFA as well. So if you stood still I would only need a 5, not a 7 (assuming you stood in a clearing).

That is understood, but where does it in the new BMR state that acuator hits affect piloting skill and not rolls? This is a fine line but critical.
AWAD- actually argued to screw my own side but felt it was correct.

No line there at all AWAD...your "pilot skill" and "pilot skill roll" are the same in Battletech.

Look real carefully, it says modifiers to piloting skill rolls. So only if you roll does the modifier affect you. So if I do not have to roll the modifiers mean NADA. I think they should but this is a real fine lawyer langauge point.
AWAD- I think he still missed though

Your pilot skill is your base skill + modifiers for your mech's damage. It has always been this way.
The terms "pilot skill" and "pilot skill roll" are used interchangebly in all B'tech rule books.
