Overview:
In late 3060 TSi recieved a contract for a medium sized 'mech
with a strong long range punch, but the ability to close distances
and hit hard up close as well. Armor could be sacrificed, to a
point, as long as the 'mech could perform a quick moving and heavy
hitting combo. TSi went to work, and after playing tons of video
games, the RYS-SSF2 Ryusan was designed.
Capabilities:
In order to keep the 'mech light, an Extra Light engine, endo
steel and ferro fibrus were thrown together. The frame was light and
strong, enabling TSi to install Series X Jump Jets, giving the 'mech
over 200 meters of jump capability. The first job was complete, now
TSI had to equip the 'mech with weapons that could give a massive
punch.
Fitting powerful weapons within the frame's limit was tough, so
the design opted to go with a weapon that would not need additional
support from ammunition bays. An ER-PPC was installed, and a
capacitor added for extra kick when needed. For a powerful close
range attack, a Streak SRM 6 pack was installed, providing a nasty
suprise for anyone wishing to close in.
Deployment:
Though it has yet to see aion, TSi has a lot of hope for the
Ryusan design.
Known Variants:
No variants have beens een at this time, but TSi always provides
a secondary design for purchasers to choose from.
