If you don't move and fire the charged PPCs, you overheat to 10. That's not great as there are some nasty penalties incurred at that point (-2 MP, +1 to hit). Even if the heat returns to normal the next turn as you charge those PPCs (thus negating the firing penalty unless you don't charge the capacitors and fire staight away), you still get the movement penalty which reduces you to a 2,3 and kind of ruins the beauty of having such a fast, heavy design.
