2 Major Points:
1) Excellent Fire Power and Mix of weapons. This mech has excellent Range and awesome clsoe in firepower. Coupled with point 2, making a deadly combination.
2) Extremely Manueverable. For a mech this large, it is incredibly maneuverable. 5/8/5 is perfect for a mech this large. ITs jump jets allow it virtual unrestricted reign of the battlefield. SLow Heavy's and Assaults, Beware, lest this machine catch you from behind with its jump jets.
It is a solid design, with NO Design Flaws that I can find.
